PP Packaging & Recycled Plastic Materials
Since 2010, our Batam factory at Panbil Industrial Estate has manufactured custom PP packaging and recycled plastic materials. We operate dedicated blowing, recycling, and printing machines under 5S/5R methodology with calibration-certified quality controls — delivering consistent product quality across every production run.
Two Dedicated Production Lines
Our Batam facility runs two independent production lines — one for PP packaging rolls, one for recycled plastic pellets. Each line has its own equipment, operators, and quality checkpoints. No cross-contamination, no shared tooling, no compromises on output consistency.
PP Packaging Roll Line
Blowing and printing machines produce printed and plain polypropylene rolls to your exact thickness, width, and branding spec. From resin pellet to finished roll — one continuous, monitored process.
Plastic Recycling Line
Washing, shredding, and pelletising equipment converts sorted post-industrial waste into clean LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE pellets. Every batch is tested for melt flow index and contaminant levels before dispatch.
Calibration-Certified Equipment
Current calibration certificates on every machine, issued by an accredited laboratory. Thickness, weight, and melt flow readings are traceable to national measurement standards.
Dedicated, Not Shared
Separate blowing, printing, and recycling machines — each line operates independently. No changeover contamination between PP packaging and recycled pellet production.
